›› Voluntary Commitments and Partnerships for Sustainable Development - a special edition of the SD in Action Newsletter, UN-DESA The United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs, Division for Sustainable Development, is pleased to announce the publishing of the report on Voluntary Commitments and Partnerships for Sustainable Development – as a special edition to the Sustainable Development in Action Newsletter.

The report comes out to mark the one-year anniversary of the Rio+20 Conference, and reviews the 1,382 voluntary commitments and partnerships that are to date available in the SD in Action Registry on the Sustainable Development Knowledge Platform (SDKP), and provides an overview of eight Action Networks.

In addition to the report, and as part of the follow up process, individual progress reports are now available in the SDKP website for Stakeholders to complete, if they so choose. The progress reports will inform future editions of the SD in Action Special Editions.
